So far, i'm so glad that i have done my best to help those who are in need of my assistance in getting rid of their stubborn, big-headed fats!and in most cases, all the advices i have given to them are followed and obeyed rigorously, and i'm so happy about that!

But there are also few cases who just couldn't help listening to me but rather implementing their own rules while consuming Herbalife! and such act is indeed very cruel, not only to yourself but also to the money that you have spent!

Remember dearies, as i've reiterated, emphasized so many times, good products can only WORK with correct consumption method! For example, if you take a very simple medicine like Panadol to ease your headpain with wrong consumption advice, something can go wrong, or 0% of your headpain is reduced!

So please, i would advise you not to create your own rules with the Herbalife products. Please take it as advised and do not come around by me to compromise with your rules, because when i said so, it has to be so. So again, if you are more comfortable to lose weight according to your own rules, and your progress is negative, then of course, it is not me to be blamed.

and as for those who are about to try on Herbalife, believe me, it's working!

Herbalife is not hard you know, but of course, anything in this world lives by its own rules and system. I have practiced it, have gone through hassles and sacrifices. But wouldn't it worth it? It was 23 kilos of loss baby! and it's not a trick! i can do it, so there's no reason that you can't! All you need is a bit of sacrifice, with few drops of spirit and enthusiasm!
So if you think you want the result, never challenge the rules!

When I'm the only One who is Dangling!

When you think that the world is crumbling down on you just because you are fat, then think again what are the factors that have made you that FAT!

There are some factors you might want to consider that have made you ballooned to one size you have never expected you'll be!

Is it because:

1. You live to eat?

2. You love sweety and fatty food? well i do! cakes, chocolates, ice creams! yummy!

3. You hate exercising and get soaked up with sweat? O yes, that is just me!

4. You are a couch potato?

5. You can't live without junk food stocking up your kitchen cabinet?

6. You eat a lot at one time?

7. You eat a lot at one time and many times in a day?

8. You just can't resist fast food within a week?

if you are one of above, you definitely need help!

Like me, i was born heavy and being the only one dangling in the family as 'hippo', i won't deny the feeling of disgrace and shallow arise at times. but life had to go on, and without effort, losing a kilo had always lived as a lucid dream!

i do envy my younger sister when she could simply jump into her sleek pants and tight tops, neatly placed on her without any flabby fats bulging out here and there! and my mother has always noticed my envious desire over her other daughter, but all she can do is just adding salt to the wound! she taunts me and without fail, trying to provoke me over and over again. nevertheless, for more than 20 years, i have kept on putting on weight and never even try to lose it, not even a kilo! (this what happened when you have don't-care attitude!)

but just like everybody else, i yearn to look good too! (I do care at times. :-D )

and i have always told myself; to win something, you have to lose something!

I truly understand myself, i hate exercising! the only exercise that i know and love to do is swimming! (credit goes to my mom for sending me to swimming classes for a year when i was 10). But swimming is not like any other exercise which you can just perform anywhere you want! You need a pool! a real pool, and not just a tub of water! and because of that i have to sacrifice something else in order to get rid of these stubborn fats ---> MONEY!

so, here i am, with Herbalife. although i can't look as good as my sister does (with a very ideal weight of 48kilos), at least i did good to myself before i went too far, or even too late!

So people out there, what are you waiting for?

Greetings to all!

Ramadhan is reaching at its end, and i'm sure there are many of you out there who have succesfully lost few number of stubborn kilos with Herbalife during this fasting month. Indeed, Herbalife works!

You see, i have proven it, and many others have done it too!

The results are real and they are just like you and me; we are all ordinary people who have been looking for perfect solution to lose our weight!

I stil remember my first Ramadhan with Herbalife. It was a very surprising result! Normally, i can only lose like 1-2kilos in a month, but while fasting, 3-4kilos a month was no longer a dream. I've made it! So why can't you?

Now i have safely delivered my first baby 4 months back and miraculously, even without Herbalife after delivery, i still managed to meet my pre-pregnancy weight. Well, almost meet, not yet!

Hye all,

since that some of you have been asking how is my latest look, i have decided to put up few pics after i have delivered my son; Mifzal Wafeeq.

I hope that serves as a good news. The bad news is; i haven't reached my pre-pregnancy weight; 61kilos. but i hope it won't take a very long time from now. i haven't started consuming Herbalife since i'm still on few traditional post-natal medicines and i guess, it would be best if i proceed on herbalife after i'm done with all those stuff.

Currently, i'm at 64kilos. i hope i can lose another 5-8kilos once i'm back with Herbalife later on. i would like to aim at a lower number than i was on herbalife 10months ago, which means lower than 61kilos! i'm praying hard to meet it!

I have safely delivered a son on 16th may. Alhamdulillah, everything went very smoothly except for my son was warded for 5 days due to jaundice. He's getting better now and pudgier, yet having endless colic which has driven me crazy and crazier day by day!

Anyway, i really hope the colic will go off ASAP so that both of us will have better sleep at night!

and another good thing about herbalife, once u stop taking it, u don't have to worry bout re-gaining your weight cuz i stopped taking herbalife for the last 7 months!

Look, my final weight before i deliver was 83kilos! as soon as i delivered my baby,my weight came down to 73kilos! and after being in confinement period for 40 days, i am now 65kilos. so, another 4 kilos before i can get to my pre-pregnancy weight and for that, i will start taking herbalife next week to reduce more weight. but my point here, even when u stopped taking herbalife, u dun have to worry about re-gaining your weight cuz like me, i have lost all my weight steadily!

i guess it's been a while i haven't updated my blog.
I have to admit that i've been busy lately, managing my new life as a fulltime student doing my Masters.

In order to lose or to gain or to maintain our weight, a right program has to be followed. With Herbalife, using the same type of products with different methods of consumption, different results are achieved. Unique isn't it? But it's really true! :-)

1. To lose weight: (faster and effectively)
- Formula 1 needs to be taken twice daily, while the tea is serving as a replacement to your plain drinking water.
- We will need 3 jars of Formula 1 and 2 bottles of 50g teamix (equivalent to 1 bottle of 100g tea) for a month. Some people may suggest more or lesser quantity of formula 1 and teamix, but i will guide you on how you can lose weight effectively with this quantity of products.

I am so grateful to receive few congratulatory remarks from few friends and acquaintances ever since I posted up my latest picture on how do I look like right now. I’m so glad knowing the fact that it’s not only me who’s trying to live up my dream, but few people do too, it’s just they don’t know the right channel to turn to.

But success shouldn’t be kept to one self and for those of you who are trying to make things possible, it’s time for you to decide. One thing about living up your dream, is never say NO when you NEVER TRY. And here, i would like to reinforce that being slimmer is not always trying to get more attention and strike a beauty, but to gain more confidence, live up a better health standard and most importantly, to put an end to people’s discrimination because when you feel good about yourself, people around you will sense it. We can’t escape discrimination when we’re not among the normal-sized people. We could actually ignore the talking, but for how long? And it’s true also, as time passes by, we will get used to it but deep within one’s heart, only God knows best.

Being in my age, mid 20s, those insinuations won’t mattered much, but I pity those kids back in school when their friends addressed them as, “fatty” or “hippo” and sadly, I was one of them and I know how it felt back then. Few cousins of mine had come back home from school with tears in their eyes, telling their mothers that their friends teased them badly. Their mothers apparently couldn’t resist to wet their eyes as well but in the end, all they can say is, “what else can I do?” oh dear, there must be something that you can do! It’s true that I grew with it, and I’m wholly used to it. But if you asked me, “have you ever give a short thought of slimming down?” and the answer would be, “How could I resist that thought?”

But as time eats us up, change is all we need. People would not only stop talking, but indirectly they will feel glad that we had done something to change their perceptions. And this is a first hand experience. Thus, do believe it.
